Bar 1:1 And these are the words of the book, which Baruch the son of Nerias, the son of Maasias, the son of Sedecias, the son of Sedei, the son of Helcias, wrote in Babylonia.
Bar 1:4 And in the hearing of the nobles, the sons of the kings, and in the hearing of the ancients, and in the hearing of the people, from the least even to the greatest of them that dwelt in Babylonia, by the river Sedi.
I Mac 6:4 And they rose up against him in battle, and he fled away from thence, and departed with great sadness, and returned towards Babylonia.
II Mac 8:20 And of the battle that they had fought against the Galatians in Babylonia, how they, being in all but six thousand, when it came to the point, and the Macedonians their companions were at a stand, slew a hundred and twenty thousand, because of the help they had from heaven, and for this they received many favours.
